Ingredients:
- Boiled/shredded Chicken (really how ever much you want)
- 1/2 a box of velveeta cheese
- 1 can of ro-tel
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- hot cooked spaghetti noodles
Directions:
Put cream of mushroom and chicken soups into a pot over medium heat, add ro-tel and stir.
Cube the velveeta and add to sauce while stirring (It will burn so you must stir!)Add shredded chicken once all the velveeta is melted. Mix together and pour over spaghetti noodles.
You can serve just like that for a super easy fast chicken spaghetti recipe OR you could dump into a casserole dish and top with a bit of extra grated cheese and bake in a 350 oven to make it into chicken spaghetti casserole. Either way it will be delish!
